Senior Architect (Technical) or Technologist

We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect or Technologist to join one of the UK's leading studios. They have a hugely impressive portfolio covering a range of sectors and scale; but always beautifully realised buildings. They have won a range of awards, not just for their projects, but also their culture and staff well-being.

You will be joining key stages of a flagship scheme, leading, guiding and detailing tender and construction packages at stages 3, 4 and 5. You will understand how the design aspects of a construction project influence and relate to performance and functional issues so that practical questions can be addressed at the outset. You will be contributing to Building Regulations, code requirements and other regulatory applications and procedures, preparing NBS specs; and all the-while working effectively with colleagues, external contractors, and sub-consultants.

Crucially you will have demonstrable experience in working on large complex projects, delivering tender and construction package production, high levels of understanding towards regulation and requirements, and expertise within Revit.

The role is available immediately. Currently there is full flexibility on working location, staff can work fully remote, with the office open for those who wish to use it. In the medium term they will be implementing a hybrid policy of 2 days in the office per week.

Salary dependant on experience and level.
