Architectural Technologist - Residential - AutoCAD and Revit

An award winning, RIBA Chartered practice who place the client at the centre of everything they do. Specialising in residential and commercial design, with a number of large scale residential projects ongoing.

Your new role
As an Architectural Technologist you will initially be involved in working on residential projects, working from RIBA Stage 4 onward. You will report directly to one of the Associate Directors, who takes pride in bringing individuals further in their careers, and will provide ongoing support and training for the successful applicant.

You will be working as part of a small team, so you will gain exposure to all areas of building processes, and will be able to see projects through to completion in the majority of cases.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will bring 2-5 years experience working in a similar role, although a technically minded Part 2 may be considered. You will have strong AutoCAD skills, and some knowledge or experience with Revit would be beneficial also. You will be assessed on knowledge of Approved Documents and application, so having demonstrable experience in this area is essential.

CIAT is not a requirement for this role, and the practice would look at assisting with attaining this within the workplace.
