Senior Architectural Technician

Overview:

FRAME are currently on the lookout for a Senior Architectural Technician or Technical Coordinator to work on a 3-6 month contract, based in Portsmouth. This will be for a remarkably busy on-site project for a world-renowned Interior Designer/ Office fit out studio. Must have experience on site, also with AutoCAD and Commercial fit out projects. Ideally at senior level having worked alongside subcontractors and clients would be a huge bonus.

Skills required:

• AutoCAD and Sketchup proficiency
• UK based Commercial/ Office fit out project experience
• Organised and self-efficient, able to focus on tight deadlines
• Must have a good understanding of design and build/ on site stages

The company:

This studio are a large Interior Architecture & Design firm based in central London. They are looking to starting someone as soon as possible in their Portsmouth on site office, a month notice will not be suitable for this role, working from the office and home as a split although this may become more office centric in the near future.
