White Space is searching for a Senior Architect for one of its longstanding clients - a small, design-led studio in Central London. Initial 3-month contract with excellent scope to lead to a permanent role.

 

The Studio

  • 10-strong and based in one of London's most sought after locations
  • A studio we work with regularly and we know have a fantastic office environment
  • They work predominantly on science facility and laboratory projects (institutional buildings and for private firms) - all are very good quality
  • Work on a real mix of scales – they are lead designers + architects on small and medium sized projects, whilst acting as consultants on larger (100’s millions), high-profile schemes
  • Fully Revit based firm

 

The Role / Contract

  • Senior Architect with Laboratory or science project experience
  • Working in Revit
  • You will be running projects, leading a small team, managing their clients and generally being a Senior figure around the office to take some pressure off their Directors
  • Initial contract is for 3-months and very likely to lead to a permanent job

 

The Person

  • Senior Architect
  • Science facility or laboratory project experience required
  • Good knowledge of Revit
  • Available to start on short notice as this is an urgent role
