Planning Assistant - Local Authority
Your new role
As a planning assistant for a local authority you will be involved in preparing planning guidance and documentation on a wide range of residential and commercial projects across the district.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within a planning/development department is essential, as you will be expected to hit the ground running to assist with a high volume workload.
A clean driving license and access to your own vehicle is also required.
What you'll get in return
This role is for an initial period of 3 months, but has the potential for extension for the right candidate.
Hourly rate will be up to £30 per hour.
Fully remote after initial training period, but with expected site visits across the district (mileage expenses covered)
