Experienced Office Manager to join rapidly expanding and celebrated West London design studio.
This established 20 strong West London practice is searching for an experienced office manager to join their rapidly expanding team delivering projects across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Having this year celebrated 15 years in practice this key role will see you be part of a celebrated studio that has received numerous awards and recognitions within the industry.
With previous experience in architectural or design offices you must be highly organised, motivated, and proactive in your approach to undertaking the important day-to-day management of the studio. This position will see you be the linchpin in the vital operations of the practice with a range of key responsibilities. Including:
- Administration – coordinating office travel arrangements, maintenance of filing systems and upholding company policies.
- Accounting – producing weekly and monthly financial reports, analysis, and projections, liaising with accountants and bookkeepers, managing timesheets, SAGE entries for income and expenses and client invoicing.
- HR Support – Overseeing onboarding and training of new staff, reviewing job applications, setting up interviews and drafting employment contracts.
Requirements: You must be a proficient user of Microsoft Office and Sage. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills while demonstrating time management and organisation.
