Architectural Technologist

A Putney-based studio are seeking an Architectural Technologist. They are a well-established studio of circa-20 people, with a varied and elegant design-led portfolio of projects across education and transport sectors, alongside occasional work within regeneration and commercial schemes. They have a friendly supportive culture in a riverside base, in this well connected and vibrant suburb of London. They have a hybrid working environment, giving their staff an collaborative office, alongside the flexibility of home-working.

They are seeking a qualified Architectural Technologist, with at least 2-3 years practical experience. You will be expected to produce and manage technical design packages across a series of projects from RIBA stages 3-7. They will give the opportunity to work on Rail, Regeneration and Higher Education projects while being supported in gaining the experience necessary to progress to MCIAT chartered accreditation. The practice uses Bentley software, and experience in using Microstation and AECOsim would be ideal.
