Exciting design led studio in the heart of buzzing South East London is on the lookout for an Architect to join their team on a contract basis. The studio is currently working on a number of exquisitely designed mid to large-scale UK mixed use, resi led projects at design stage. As such they are keen to meet with an immediately available ARB Architect with strong Rhino skills, to work from concept stage through to design development
Job Description
- Work closely with studio Directors in crafting concept design for mid scale mixed use, resi led projects
- Work within a small team in delivering DD drawing packages
- Take design ownership and give input on other projects where asked
Key Skills
- Part III ARB qualified
- Demonstrable experience working at design stage for residential projects in the UK
- Rhino proficient
- MicroStation 2D skills are desirable but not essential
- Availability to start within 2 weeks notice
