Fit-Out Design Manager. Architect.

We are representing a company that saw huge expansion pre-covid. After a pause in proceedings, the march is back on and once again the development pipeline is looking exciting and healthy. This year new premises have opened in the UK,  Europe and the Middle East. The demand is there and the company will accelerate their development programme to meet this demand. It is a fast-paced environment that will see you working with your interior design, QS, acquisitions and Development Management colleagues. Your role as Design Manager will see you involved all the way from assessing potential sites with your acquisitions colleagues, through all design stages and delivery on site.

Salary £45K plus up to 25% bonus, life assurance, health insurance, gym membership for two, 25 days holiday and one day off for your birthday.
