Experienced Technologists or part 2 or 3 Architectural assistant with advanced Archicad skills

Create Architects is seeking an enthusiastic CIAT registered Technologists or part 2 or 3 architectural assistants with a minimum of 3 years experience in practice. Advanced Archicad knowledge and experience in construction detailing is essential. 

With a surge of work post RIBA stage 4, we are looking for a candidate who has a ‘can do’ attitude and have an interest and knowledge in how building components come together to deliver a set of construction drawings. Our predominant office software is Archicad so a high level of skill in preparing construction stage 3D model and 2D drawings is essential. Must be familiar with and have worked with ‘hotlinks’, teamworks and importing of IFC files. 

During the past year of Covid, we have taken measures to re-structured our working methods. Since March last year all staff have successfully worked from home through regular Teams meetings. As such the Directors have made the decision to continue this method of working and as things are opening up, to meet up regularly socially in the day as well as work related meetings to get to know each other. We offer a friendly company ethos and all our staff and Directors are supportive so you will not be on your own.
