Property Manager- Student Lets. Sheffield City Centre, £20,000-£24,000. Permanent role

Your new company
Are an award winning independent letting agent, with approximately 400 student and residential properties on their books. Your new company are members of Sheffield and District Landlord Association (SADLA), the Sheffield Student Landlord Association (SSLA), the Residential Landlord Association (RLA), the SAFE agent scheme, The Property Ombudsman (Lettings) and having been in the market for over 25 years are a trusted name in the industry.

Your new role
You will manage your own portfolio of properties and act as a point of contact, liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords on a daily basis. This is a varied position and would suit a very organised person not afraid of working in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience in a similar role in a property management environment. You will be professional, organised and hard-working. You must be confident managing and prioritising your own workload. Excellent IT skills, access to a car and a full UK driving licence are also required.

What you'll get in return
In return you will get a salary of £20,000-£24,000 and 20 days holiday + the 8 bank holidays, this rises to 25 days during your time with the business. Because you will be required to drive for the role you will receive a parking permit and be able to claim mileage.
