A fast-growing industry leading consultancy who covers architecture, surveying, MEP, engineering and interior design are looking to add a BIM/Information Manager to their beautiful city centre studio.

They have numerous high-profile clients they currently work closely with to implement BIM procedures or support in an outsourced BIM Management team capacity. A large part of this role for the BIM/Information Manager that joins them involves the management and delivery of client’s information requirements on construction projects though activities such as design coordination, technical authoring, data verification and clash detection. 

Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of the ISO 19650 standards
- Strong Revit, Navisworks, Solibrie skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Client facing 
- Previous experience as a BIM/Information Manager
- Understanding of COBie, IFC and BCF standards (particular for the Information Manager role)

Salary is dependent on your experience to date, but likely to be up to £40,000 plus benefits such as 25 days + bank holiday, pension, flexi hours and more.
