Architectural Technologist

Experienced Architectural Technologist required by successful employer in South Manchester.

Your new company
This large South Manchester employer has a portfolio of building assets across the region, and a design team of 8 who work consistently on the design and delivery of refurbishment and extension schemes across the estate. Their offices are located close to the mainline railway station, and with free parking on site.

Your new role
You will be taking responsibility for the design and technical delivery of numerous refurbishment projects, running multiple schemes at once, at values up to £1.5m. You will be using AutoCAD and Sketchup, and will have the opportunity to visit site, conduct surveys, and work in an external client facing capacity if desired.

What you'll need to succeed
This employer is looking for an Architectural Technician with at least 4 years experience, ideally of good quality leisure and/or restaurant projects. You should be a proficient autocad user, have a full driving licence, and have first class communication skills.
