Following sustained workload and a healthy project portfolio of work for 2021 and beyond, my client is looking to welcome a BREEAM Assessor to their team on either a full time or part time basis.
The studio are a multi-award winning and nationally renowned practice who are growing as a result an increase in project workflow and planned company growth.
Suitable professionals will have 2 years+ recent BREEAM Assessor experience, ideally within the architectural field, with a varied project portfolio. The studio is keen to secure an individual that is a qualified BREEAM Advisory Professional (AP).
The BREEAM Assessor will have strong knowledge of current BRE standards, with the role requiring expertise in an advisor role to external and internal clients and project teams on how these standards can be met through their design and projects.
Expectations in the role will see the professional preparing quotations for BREEAM assessment work in line with BRE standards, and initiating project work with internal and external clients.
