Senior/Principal Planner

Your new company
Our Client are looking for an experienced Town Planner to work within it's Development Management Team for an initial 4-6 month period.

Your new role
The role will involve helping to reduce a backlog of and dealing with new major planning applications - both domestic and commercial.

What you'll need to succeed
With a proven track record working in Development Management, you should ideally have major projects experience and be able to visit sites in the Surrey area when needed.

What you'll get in return
The role is home based predominantly and offers flexible working hours. Full time(5 days per week) or part time (3-4 days per week) is also an option.
