A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Architect and a Part II Assistant to work for a well established AJ100 based in their London office. This is a permanent position with a salary up to £45,000 for the Architect and £28,000 for the Part II. 

This is a great opportunity for you all-rounder's out there. You'll be working across most RIBA stages so it's vital that you should some experience from working on the design through to delivery. You'll likely spend more of your time in the latter RIBA stages with the odd site visit so technical experience and a track record of producing quality detailing packages is needed. You'll need have good communication skills as you'll be coordinating between various teams within the office as well as liaising with clients on a regular basis. 

Revit fluency is a must for this one. With the company pretty much exclusively using this software it's vital you've got the capabilities to hit the ground running with Revit from the start. AutoCAD and SketchUp experience wouldn't hurt. This is a strategic hire, with an increase in workload in a variety of sectors you'll have a great opportunity to work on many different projects- they say variety is the spice of life. These projects include residential, commercial, education and healthcare. You won't need to be an exert on all of the above but you will need solid experience at least 2 of these to be considered.
