Your new role
You will lead a team of Structural Technicians and Engineers working on a range of projects from the domestic, industrial and commercial sectors. You and your team will be involved in design and project management, working in a range of different materials including reinforced concrete, masonry, steel and timber. You will be instrumental in building relationships with clients both existing and new. Ideally you will be able to develop new business and increase the company portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed
You are a Structural Engineer with 5 - 10 years of experience and you can demonstrate a background of working on a variety of projects, in a variety of materials. You are ideally chartered or working towards achieving this. You are able to lead and inspire a team and you feel comfortable in mentoring junior members of the team. You are a confident communicator and feel comfortable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels of business.
