Project Director

An Australian firm requires a design-led Project Director and first figurehead to be based in London. The role will primarily lead a project in the Middle East currently in detailed design. The vision after this current sizable project will be to build an office in London.

This is a small-to-medium-sized practice designing and building projects across APAC for the past 30 years and design is integral to their philosophy of marrying sensitivity with ground-breaking, world-class design. They embody a rigorous design approach and require a project director who can equally challenge and interrogate a brief. This is a role for a design director who wants to remain in a project-running capacity throughout all stages.

You will be required to build and lead a team in London working with the Australian team and creative director; applicants will need to demonstrate leadership of a project or international projects as you will inherit a middle eastern scheme with consultants across multiple time zones. Working globally is desirable.
