Senior Architect & Architectural Technologist - delivery
£50,000 - £60,000
£30,000 - £40,000
Central London
Senior Architect required with excellent project management and delivery experience to oversee projects from stage 3 until completion.
Our client has a 27 storey residential project on site currently.
A 19 storey residential project and 35 storey hotel also.
These projects in London.
Schemes are developed in Revit so requires someone that can navigate around the software although you will not be producing drawings, more overseeing and managing external contacts through to practical completion.
Salary likely to fall within the £50,000 - £60,000 banding.
Also required is an Architectural Technologist with excellent revit skills to assist with the production. This individual can grow within the office to gain valuable site experience.
£30,000 - £40,000 (DOE) is the range for this position.
