Senior Design Architect. Residential & Mixed-Use.

This is a front-end design role that requires a senior person to work closely with clients primarily from inception up to RIBA Stage 3.

We'd like a great designer who also understands the parameters of development and is able to come up with solutions that are both beautiful and viable. You'd work closely with the technical team who would feed into the design and you would manage the client relationships. 

The practice has around 30 people. There is a great client base in place and a good design ethos. They provide a really good life-work balance and there will be a career plan put in place for you. Most of the current workload is UK residential and mixed-use so we would like to hear from senior architects and associates who have that project experience. The projects also need to perform from a sustainability perspective and we'd like the successful candidate to help promote the sustainability agenda to clients and consultants alike. 

Salary - £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience and capability.
