A medium size, design-led studio based in London are seeking a Planning Architect to join them. 

The studio have been extremely busy over the last year and are now looking to recruit a Planning Architect to assist with their increase in planning instructions. They are well known for their regeneration, mixed-use and housing projects in the UK and their projects tend to range between 200-500 units. 

In order to be considered for the role, it is essential that candidates are able present/demonstrate their experience working on UK residential schemes from RIBA stage 0-3. Other essential criteria includes:

  • Revit - Must have used on live projects and be a proficient user. 
  • Experience in large scale residential design and access statements and unit layouts.
