Senior BIM/Revit Technician - for Distinguished 50 Strong Central London Studio

White Space is thrilled to be working with one the architecture industry’s greatest hotel, resort and leisure specialists in the search for an experienced Architect or BIM Technician. This respected central London practice have been established for over 40 years, are renowned for their exceptional luxury schemes and boast a client list of the most familiar names in hospitality. The successful candidate will be heavily involved in the delivery stages of a stunning luxury heritage hotel project designed by another critically acclaimed architect, of whom you will have undoubtedly heard of.

Initially this role will be a 6 month contract but with the sheer number of ongoing projects there is significant scope for permanent continuation. This position will see you working on a unique project within a technical team made up of talented and driven individuals passionate about great design. You must be confident in resolving issues and meeting deadlines within the fast paced construction environment. As an indispensable member of the team operating within the delivery of this illustrious project, it is essential that you exhibit the following:

• Prior interior fitout experience.
• RIBA stage 5 and contractor interaction experience.
• Advanced Revit knowledge and experience.
• Experience working within the hospitality or high end residential sector.
• In depth knowledge of the construction process including RFIs, technical submissions, contractor/sub-contractor meetings, package tendering and site inspections.
