Architectural Assistant Part II

An incredible opportunity for a part 2 with great design and presentation ability has become available. To work on large scale mixed use projects from concept. This role will be focused on design stages and will need someone with a keen eye for design, that can hand sketch extremely well. To come up with quick design options and create excellent presentations for these designs. Knowledge of Revit would be beneficial but not essential and experience on similar projects is required. 

Job Description

• Hand sketching design concepts for mixed use projects
• Creating presentations for concepts
• Creating initial 3D concept models
• Design development of successful concepts

Key Skills

• Part 2 qualified or equivalent
• Exception design flair
• Strong Sketching ability
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to create 3D concept models
• Revit proficiency beneficial
• Experience on similar projects
