Large national contractor is looking for an Quantity Surveyor to work on an education project based in Oldham

Your new role

• Working on a new build education project
• Over a years worth of work
• £8-10m project value
• Responsible for all QS duties on site
• Liaising with onsite construction management and group
• Managing all budgets, costings, and subcontractors
• Ensure efficiencies are made

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying is desirable but not essential
• Experience of working on education projects, ideally schools, is essential
• Must have worked on new build projects
• Ideally worked within a tier 1 or large regional contractor
• Be computer literate and able to use Excel and IT systems effectively

What you'll get in return
