I am working closely with an award-winning RIBA chartered architectural practice in Manchester on their requirement for an Architectural Technologist to join their busy and expanding studio in the heart of the city.
The practice has a fantastic reputation in the industry and are often bidding and winning desirable projects within a variety of typologies including: Student Living Accommodation, Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, Masterplanning and Education sectors.
Experience in public sector projects will be an advantage.
As the practice has grown, my client has built a team of highly skilled and talented architects, technicians, technologists and interior designers who are passionate about what they do and give every project the same level of thought, diligence and care as the next.
I am looking to speak with Technologists that can hit the ground running and take projects throughout the RIBA Plan of Work (RIBA 0-7).
Within the RIBA Plan of Work, strong technical and construction knowledge is essential with experience from RIBA 3-7 being desirable. Suitable applicants will be qualified at HNC/HND or equivalent.
The practice are BIM users so software skills in Revit are desirable with training being provided should this be needed. Experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Navisworks is an added bonus.
