Project Lead for Leading Multi-Disciplinary Practice

Due to a rapidly expanding portfolio of innovative projects, this established practice is looking for an experienced Project Lead to join their trendy central London studio. This role represents a terrific opportunity for an ambitious Project Leader to join a dynamic and enthusiastic team within a company that strives to provide a friendly and supportive work environment.

This practice has a fantastic network of tightly linked office locations spread across the UK with expertise across a number of sectors. They are passionate about moving towards carbon net-zero in all of their schemes and are passionate about creating lasting sustainable environments that enrich communities. At present this role would see you running projects primarily within the residential and commercial sector. As such, the ideal candidate is someone who has experience in leading projects within these realms that exhibits strong design and technical ability.

As Project Lead, you will be a crucial figure within the team. Therefore, it is essential you demonstrate the following:

  • A proven track record of running medium sized projects with a small team below you
  • Confidence in liaising effectively with clients and consultants
  • Experience of BIM in a 3D environment
  • Medium to large-scale residential and/or commercial fit out experience
  • Proficiency in running projects from RIBA stage 3 onwards
