ARB Job running Architect

Overview:

FRAME are currently working with a very well renowned AJ100 studio with offices across the UK. Their London studio are currently in urgent need of an ARB Architect with job running experience, also skilled in facing and with both clients and contractors. For this role, they require someone with excellent RIBA stage 2-5 experience with a great Revit/ technical background. The team hiring are specialists in the Transport/ Aviation sector with very high end, executive terminals on currently so any project background here will be hugely beneficial, otherwise they are happy to consider Hospitality, Retail or Logistics experience. Quality Assurance is also something my client has said would be key to an application.

Skills required:

• Revit proficiency
• RIBA stage 2-5
• Aviation, Hospitality, Retail or Logistics experience
• Must have a good understanding of technical detailing and drawing packages
• Quality Assurance a huge bonus!

The company:

This studio as mentioned are a large Architecture & Design firm based in London. They are looking to starting someone as soon as possible, a month notice will not be suitable for this role, working from home and in the office as a split. They may go back to the office as more of a focus in future.
