A great opportunity to join a world class practice as a bid coordinator is now available. This role will involve writing and coordinating complex bids for large scale international projects. These projects will be commercial or mixed use schemes predominantly. Experience working on similar bids is essential for this role. The ability to work autonomously to write the bids and also the skills to work collaboratively coordinating with the design team are also requisites for this position. 

Job Description

  • Analysing design briefs
  • Developing and writing all bid content
  • Coordinating with design team and their content produced
  • Collating and organising all material for the bid
  • Producing finalised bid

Key Skills

  • Proven history of complex bid writing and coordination
  • Excellent bid writing experience
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Great presentation skills
  • Adobe Suite proficient
