Job Details

FRAME are currently looking for an Architectural Technologist or experienced Technician or Architect to join a fun and friendly AJ100 leading practice. For this position, they require someone who is fully proficient with Revit. It is also essential this person has had Hospitality, Rail, Aviation or Retail experience. This will be a permanent role based near Soho.

Key responsibilities:

  • Predominantly working through RIBA stages 2 to 5, however, will have involvement across all RIBA stages on various projects
  • Using Revit to a high standard daily
  • Quality Assurance a Bonus
  • Experience working in Hospitality, Rail, Aviation or Retail
  • Experience running projects
  • Strong knowledge of Buildings Regulations and Technical Building Design
  • Ability to conceive construction details from first principles
  • Ability to coordinate external consultants' information
  • Experience with NBS specification writing would be an advantage
  • Job running experience and client/contractor contact ideally
