Senior Architect/Project Leader - prime domestic residential
£50,000 - £60,000 DOE
My client is a high end architectural studio based in South West London specialising in prime domestic residential projects.
The work is on existing buildings, listed buildings through to large new builds, spa's, villas overseas also.
They are now looking to add an Architect who can demonstrate experience in working on UK projects of similar ilk.
You will be required to project run, oversee a team of Architects, Assistants and technicians and essentially take on the project through to completion.
They are an ambitious, energetic, and social studio that require someone that jump straight into a project/s and hit the ground running.
They use AutoCAD as a software and although you will have help with production, it is important that you can display strengths in the software.
Working flexibility is on offer with 1-2 days WFH
