This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a highly reputable multi-disciplinary Property and Construction Consultancy, involved in the construction of a £2.6 billion innovative project, based in Northumberland.

Your new role

My client is looking for a talented, highly engaged, passionate, and enthusiastic Part 2 assistant to join their design team. Using your architectural knowledge and design skills you will apply these to this large-scale project. It is essential you are a proficient communicator and have a strong desire to succeed.
You will be considered an integral part of the team and will need to show enthusiasm and support to the junior team members. Ideally you will have some experience liaising with key clients, consultants, and contractors on live projects.


What you need to succeed

Intermediate / proficient with Revit
2/3 years experience working on a variety of live projects. Experience on industrial and warehouse projects would be advantageous.
RIBA Stages 4-7
