Job Details
This is a permanent position with a salary circa £35,000 pa depending one experience. You'll need at least 2 years industry experience to be considered for this one. Day to day you'll be operating within RIBA stages 3-5 so sound knowledge of UK building regulations and the planning process is a must. Most of this position will be post planning so a track record of producing high quality detailing packages will need to be demonstrated, you'll also need to illustrate good sections, plans and elevations. Site experience would be ideal as you will need to accompany some of the Architects on site from time to time and liaise with clients and contractors.
You'll be working on high-end residential schemes in and around London and across the country so it is vital that you have a solid background within the high-end residential sector. You may also be getting involved with heritage and listed buildings projects and an interest or background in this would be a bonus. ArchiCAD is the main software in use and fluency would be ideal however if you're not au fait with this particular software the company do provide training if you're willing to learn.
