Growing Practice Seeking Newly Qualified Architect for Boutique Hotel Conversion

This forward thinking practice is searching for a highly adept architect to be part of the team responsible for the conversion and refurbishment of an historic and ornate Grade II listed Georgian town hall. This is one of the most architecturally significant buildings within its Borough and thus represents a unique opportunity to be involved in the repurposing of this historic landmark into a boutique hotel.

You will primarily be involved in the package coordination of RIBA stages 3 and 4 of this project and it is therefore essential that you have experience in these areas.

Based in bustling north London, this studio is made up of a small but mighty team of dedicated and talented individuals and boasts an exceptional portfolio of sleek and stylish high end residential, commercial and mixed use projects. This recognised practice is now well established and with a number of high profile projects underway, there hasn’t been a better time to join this ambitious and specialist studio.

In order to come in and hit the ground running, the ideal candidate must demonstrate:

• Expert AutoCAD proficiency
• Prior experience of refurbishment projects
• Package Coordination experience
• A proven track record of RIBA stage 3 and 4 involvement

This is an urgent office based contract role that will initially extend until the festive period but with the rapid influx of new projects, there may be scope for permanent continuation.
