White Space is delighted to be working alongside this multi award winning AJ100 practice in the search for an experienced Architectural Technologist. The successful candidate will be joining a vibrant and sociable studio situated in a convenient central London location. This growing studio now has multiple locations spread across the south of England with a considerable number of successful projects under its belt, and several exciting new residential projects getting underway.

This role will see you working within a talented technical team to deliver medium to large scale projects across a range of sectors.

In order to be considered for this tremendous role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience
  • A strong track record of delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4, 5 and 6, ideally within the education, residential and commercial sectors
  • Excellent technical experience gained on a range of projects, ideally with a value of £5m+
  • Autodesk Revit proficiency
  • Excellent AutoCAD and IT skills
  • A strong understanding of the current UK building regulations, NHBC guidance and housing design guidance
