If you are an experienced Project Manager ideally with an architectural background and a wealth of knowledge managing large-scale projects from start to finish, this could be the perfect career step in your career. Ideally you will be experienced with project programming, internal resource management, contract administration, building regulation compliance, project specific fee negotiation with specialist contractors and management of budgets. Your role will be Project Manager and you will be managing the project to ensure it is delivered on time and to budget whilst protecting the integrity of the design and ensuring full compliance with regulations. The ideal person will be self-motivated, looking for a brand new challenge and will be keen to work on an impressive project and join an established, International design studio.
