If you are a BIM Technician or Coordinator keen to work with a local authority on a number of housing schemes in London, this could be a great new opportunity for you. In this new position you will be responsible for managing multiple building elements and ensuring they are up to date with key environmental information. You will be working collaboratively with a team of BIM consultants, Architects and Engineers to ensure the building is environmentally sound and safe for its residents whilst creating accessible model outputs to deal with housing issues.
