Project Manager

Are you a Project Manager or an architect with project managing experience, looking for a new role within an influential & groundbreaking London studio? We are on the lookout for an ambitious Project Manager with experience in resource management and project programming to join this award winning studio. Job Description

• Work closely with project lead and client on cultural and heritage projects in the UAE initially, ensuring project deadlines are met
• Strong focus on internal resource management, and project budgeting / forecasting 
• Work closely with the studio to prepare documentation in order to gain ISO accreditation 

Key Skills

• Experience within the project manager role, or ARB architect with demonstrable experience project managing mid, to large scale international projects 
• Experience in for project reporting is a desirable skill set
• Comfortable in reviewing financial reports and forecasting 
• Experience in NEC3 contracts is ideal 
• Experience using Aconex is advantageous 
• Commitment to design excellence and desire to represent the brand to a high level internationally 
• Strong communication style and ability to lead and coordinate between decision makers
