Busy mid-sized studio in The City is on the lookout for a Project Architect or Senior Architect to join the team on an initial contract basis. On offer is the chance to work on either a commercial refurbishment or a large industrial project, both entering into technical stage. This is an immediate position for a technically minded architect, requiring either Revit or AutoCAD proficiency. Please note- this role is outside IR35
Job Description
- Work with team to produce stage 4+ production information across either commercial or industrial fit out projects
Key Skills
- RIBA Part III or equivalent
- Experience working from stage 4+ on commercial, industrial, transport or sports projects is ideal
- Fluency in either Revit or AutoCAD
- Available within 1-2 weeks
