Job Details
Contract opportunity with classification OUTSIDE of IR35 regulations.
Running towards Christmas, this short term contract opportunity exists for an architect or architectural technician within a mid sized London based architectural practice.
A technically focused role, you'll take a brief from the Project Leader and be responsible for delivering drawings packages to tidy up an existing UK based multi-unit residential scheme. The project is being delivered fully in Revit so proficiency is essential.
This role is outside of IR35 so therefore it does present the opportunity to work on a Limited Company basis.
