Your new role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a proven track record within residential block management to above and beyond to exceed client expectations here. The successful applicant will have strong organisation skills whilst multi-tasking across a range of tasks to enable the effective management of residential blocks.

The role will involve the following:

• The logging and monitoring of service charge reserves and budgets
• Regular management reports and conferring with clients and tenants regularly
• Lead maintenance checks
• Ensure all buildings healthy and safety regulations are complied with
• Be prepared to work out of hours, attending client's AGM's
• Controlling and monitoring arrears

What you'll need to succeed


A trusted track record and residential block management experience is highly desirable. Qualifications in AIRPM or AssocRICS would be beneficial in fostering your growth here, however, excellent training and support is provided.

What you'll get in return


The successful applicant will be offered a competitive salary depending on experience between £35,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits.
