Exp. Part II / Architect - Classical Client / Developer-Side

A fantastic opportunity to lead super-prime heritage projects as a part of an in-house architectural team client / developer-side.

This unique client / developer has a focus on classical and conservation schemes with a varied portfolio of award-winning projects in London and internationally.

Operating as client, architect, and developer, this is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role on complex projects from a new architectural perspective.

Applicants must possess a portfolio demonstrating UK based, high-value heritage projects across a variety of scales.

There are 2 projects that the successful individual will gain immediate exposure to:

• The first - a semi-gothic listed property in London going through a full refurbishment, currently at stage 3.
• The second - a high value estate in Southern France, currently at the tail end of stage 3.

There are a range of additional projects at the studio, but the immediate requirement will service the above schemes in the first instance.

The business has a holistic approach to their projects and often take responsibility for interior design + landscaping, alongside architecture.
