Revit literate Architectural Technologist for an AJ100 architectural practice

Due to a continued steady increase in workload and the recent confirmation of some major London based residential developments, this established UK AJ100 practice urgently needs to recruit a Revit literate Architectural Technologist to join their sociable central London office. Their workload is primarily within the residential/mixed use sector and the office is 100% BIM based. They are now working on a hybrid WFH/in the office basis which they are looking to do going forward for all their employees. The London Director is extremely personable so flexible working arrangements will definitely be on offer!

Your main role will be to work closely with the lead Architect and take a key role in the production of the full working drawing package on a large-scale London based residential/mixed use scheme. This will also include dealing directly with the contractor and ensuring the project runs smoothly throughout all the key stages as they are acting as the Lead Architect on this scheme. The project is currently at Stage 4 and will be going to site at a later date. You will be heavily involved in the job running aspects of the project and also getting out on site and attending project meetings with the other main project consultants.

To be considered for this role you must be Revit literate, possess previous experience working on multi-storey residential schemes and have exposure to working on RC framed buildings. A minimum of 5 years' professional experience is essential and preferably hold a Degree in Architectural Technology.
