I'm currently assisting an established multi-disciplinary practice near Watford on their search for a Senior Architect on a permanent basis. Salary up to £50,000 with additional car allowance. 

This is one for you lovers of complex and technical builds out there. You'll likely be getting involved with Pharmaceutical labs and manufacturing facilities, previous experience in this sector or similar would be a bonus however training will be provided if not. You'll be working across all RIBA stages but more weight be put upon your technical expertise, site experience is a must as is dealing with contractors and clients. You'll need to have a solid understand of UK building regulations and generally have a good background of working on UK based projects.

This is an ideal role for someone with at least 5 years PQE and looking to take a step up to Associate in the coming years. AutoCAD and Revit fluency is important for this one, you'll need to be fluent with AutoCAD and comfortable with Revit- training may be provided. Due to the level of responsibility you should have experience of running a design job independently.

Due to the location of the office it is preferable that you live within a 20 mile radius of the practice and have the ability to drive, as mentioned above there is a car allowance that comes with the role.

Interviews are looking to place in the next 2 weeks with a start date for early January in mind.
