This medium sized, national design consultancy has a base in Manchester city centre - and is now looking to make a key hire to lead the technical team here. Their offices are modern, well equipped, and located within ten minutes walk of Piccadilly Railway Station. The team in Manchester is 18 strong and it is a talented and well run group of professionals.

Your new role
You will be taking the lead on all technical elements of project from initial set up of schemes, through to advice and management on all drawing packages and delivery stages.

What you'll need to succeed
This business is looking to make an important hire into their management team, and so they need a credible professional ideally from an Architectural Technology background - you must be an expert in the use of Revit/BIM and be able to train others in it's application on a variety of schemes.
