This is an exciting opportunity to join a Derby based Architectural practice at a time of significant growth. The role will provide the opportunity to Technicians to operate akin to a Part II in developing your concept skills in Stages 1-3. They are also open to considering strong technical designers who can pick up projects in Stage 4 and complete Building Regulations, Tender and Construction Information packages. This is a multi-sector practice with live and onsite projects all over the UK.
Essential Attributes: RIBA Stage 4 Experience in Practice, demonstrable technical design skill, experience submitting building regulations applications, tender packages and construction packages, ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Attributes: RIBA Stage 1-6 experience in practice, experience with small measured surveys, CIAT registered and prior BIM Project experience.
