Parallel Career Move - Project Manager for Carbon Neutral Local Authority Scheme

A Brand-New role has opened to work on a high-profile Carbon Neutral Scheme. You will be leading the delivery of a large sustainable retrofit project, using contemporary construction methods to ensure excellent energy performance is achieved whilst negating Carbon emissions. You will be working with a wide range of teams including stakeholders, contractors and residents’ associates and will be ensuring the project is completed whilst meeting targets and ensuring high living standards for local residents. 

If you would like to be considered for this position, you should have previously qualified with a construction related degree and have a passion for sustainably focused and community driven projects. You will have previously supported or managed similar projects within the housing sector and have expert technical knowledge and a solid understanding of building performance and sustainable principles within retrofit schemes.
