Project Architect - Sports: Stadiums + Arena's

Are you a project running architect that enjoys the idea of running your own sports and stadia projects, both here in the UK and Europe?

One of the UK's leading studios is on the market for a confident architect that is either ready for the step up or has already been operating in a project architect post.

Our client has numerous projects in its pipeline and requires 1 (possibly 2) Project Architects to join the business ASAP.

Scale: Projects tend to be 20,000+ sqft or between £30m-£50m+ in value. Therefore, candidates must have the proven ability to work on projects of this scale and complexity.

Sector Experience: Sports and stadia experience is highly desirable but not essential. Applicants that can demonstrate experience within similar sectors (leisure, cultural, mixed-use etc) will be considered.

Software: Applicants must possess at least two of the following software's -

• AutoCAD
• Rhino
• Revit (business is moving into BIM next year)

RIBA Stage Experience Required: Current projects are at concept and feasibility stages. However, our client does require technical experience. The ideal candidates will be versatile all-rounders.

Hybrid working: Our client is offering the successful candidates a flexible working week, with the option to work from home 1-3 days per week.
