The Role: You will operate alongside the Project Leading Architect(s) to take responsibility for everything but the design of the project itself. You will be hands on when it comes to managing team members, coordinating multi-disciplined professionals (internally and externally) and ensuring the project team is running like a well-oiled machine. You will join teams at the very earliest of stages, getting involved at competition and bidding stage and remaining with them until Tender stage.

The Projects: The project typology varies from team-to-team, but they have one thing in common… they are ALL flagship projects and are soon to be well publicised schemes. You will play an integral part in some of the most innovative and highly talked about projects that will come to light in 2022 and beyond.

Important note: you will not get to work on the designs themselves. You are a facilitator. The grease in the engine. The Design Manager!

The ideal candidates will have worked in the capacity, as outlined above, of a Design Manager / Project Leader before. However, those that can demonstrate the key qualities and experience required to work on large scale flagship schemes will be considered.
