Architect / Masterplanner - Smart Villages (Nationwide)

A leading design-led firm that has a reputation all over the UK is on the market for a forward-thinking architect or masterplanner. They are on the hunt for an individual who can help the business push the boundaries of masterplanning and housing in the UK.

Our client is set to design and deliver a range of 'smart villages' across England. Harnessing cutting edge building technologies and green design principles to provide healthy neighbourhoods for families of the future.

With aspirations to design exemplary schemes that stand up to some of the world's leading studios, we are welcoming applications from individuals that consider themselves industry leading designers!

Essential criteria:

• Experience designing multi-unit residential developments in the UK (0-3)
• Familiar with timber frame-based housing design
• Clean driving license and access to means of transport; this post requires weekly travel which will include overnight stays
