Client-Side Design Manager. £60K- £80K.

A site-based Design Manager role with one of London's most reputable developers. The projects tend to be complex, urban sites and are residential-led, mixed-use schemes. The design quality of teh buildings and the associated public realm is very high.  

The Design Manager role reports in to the Head of Design and will encompass all RIBA stages with a particular emphasis on post RIBA stage 3. 

We'd like to hear from architects who have run large scale residential or mixed-use projects of 100 homes or more through to completion. Previous site experience is crucial. Candidates should be capable of programming and coordinating projects, managing external consultants and delivering projects on-time and to budget.

Knowledge of UK and London  statutory requirements and regulations  for residential developments is necessary for the role so please only apply if you have led UK projects. 

Salary £60K to £80K plus bonus and benefits.
